"Hello my name is Mike and I am the ground instructor here at Island Air Express Panama City. I was able to obtain my advanced ground instructor rating and I been flying on and off since 1971 as a civil air patrol cadet. I always had a strong interest and love in aviation since I was three years old. At a early age I had the desire to fly and become a pilot and was able to attend Embry Riddle Aeronautical University where I obtained my master degree in Aeronautical Science in Aviation and Space Operations. I am a member of the International Association of Astronomical Artists and have a chair on the Board of Trustees. I love aviation, astronomy, and most of all I love teaching."
