"My name is Scott and I been flying since 2014. I became interested in flying airplanes from talking with people in the aviation community and I enjoyed aerial photography. I am a dedicated individual and I love being an instructor. I have my CFI licenses and multi ratings and I look forward to working with you and helping you obtain all of your aviation goals here at Island Air Express Panama City."
